The Myanmar Immigration Department has been racially discriminating against non-Buddhist ethnic groups (Muslims and Christians) for decades, issuing citizenship identification cards that are no longer verifiable.

It is utterly ridiculous—and utterly disgusting. Citizens of a destitute, wretched nation—people who sneak across borders to work as slaves or sell their bodies—are discriminating against, belittling, and insulting their own compatriots simply because of differences in ethnicity or religion; the very concept of shame would fall right off them, even if they tried to stick it on.
In today's world, there is only one destitute, wretched country that denies citizenship based on differences in race or religion.
It is not a country ruled by people.
It is a country ruled by cattle.
