It has long been a necessity for university Muslim students to have a place to hold meetings, organize lectures, conduct union activities, and for families from various universities to gather on major occasions.

Eras led by two ministers, as well as eras where wealthy figures were prominent, have already passed.

For various reasons, they were unable to achieve this goal.

Then came the 1964–65 academic year.

Good news was finally heard regarding the center.
