Let\u2019s rise above divisions\u2014sect, ethnicity, politics\u2014and unite for one purpose: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One Islam. One Muslim. One Allah.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We must stop the infighting. No more Sunni vs Shia. No more Ulama vs Others. No more Anti-Pathi vs Pathi. We are all Muslims of Myanmar\u2014whether at home or abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Respect our non-Muslim friends. We cannot fight Islamophobia while harboring fear of others. Let\u2019s build bridges, not walls. Call them beloved friends<\/em>, not enemies<\/em>. Their support matters\u2014remember Rachel Corrie, Dr. Maung Zarni, and Monk Dr. Sandadika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speak with ONE VOICE. We are citizens of Myanmar. We demand equal rights, democracy, and dignity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s forgive. Let\u2019s unite. Let\u2019s move forward\u2014together. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unity Through Diversity: A Strategic Path for Muslims of Myanmar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My dear friend Mr. Saw Closay once asked me a profound question:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDo you believe a unified political voice could help Muslims gain equal rights in Burma, considering the moral and psychological dynamics of politics? Just a yes or no. Because honestly, we can’t afford to hope blindly\u2014there\u2019s a huge risk and potential backlash if we push for a political front.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From a strategic lens, I answered:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIf I must be honest, I don\u2019t believe full unity is achievable in the current climate. But perhaps, this fragmentation is not a weakness\u2014it may be a blessing in disguise from Allah SWT.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why? Because when all power is concentrated in one group or leader, it becomes vulnerable\u2014easily silenced through pressure, manipulation, or bribery. A single voice can be muted. But many voices, spread across different platforms and sectors, are harder to suppress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strategic Dispersion, Not Disunity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imagine Muslims of Myanmar embedded across the spectrum\u2014some in NLD, some in 8888, some in USDP, others in the military, NGOs, media, business, education, and even abroad. This diversity of placement allows us to influence multiple spheres without being boxed into one fragile political identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, it may seem chaotic. But it\u2019s also resilient. It\u2019s not gambling\u2014it\u2019s hedging our future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spiritual Unity Over Physical Uniformity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We don\u2019t need to be physically united under one banner. What we need is spiritual unity\u2014rooted in our shared belief in One Allah, One Islam, and One Ummah. We must cultivate the spirit of Muslim brotherhood and sisterhood, where we support each other across divides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let us agree to disagree on politics, but never on compassion. Let us coordinate where interests align, and always be ready to help a fellow Muslim\u2014in hardship, in danger, or in need\u2014whether through action, advice, financial support, kind words, or at the very least, sincere dua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diversity for Unity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Closay beautifully put it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cShall we change \u2018unity in diversity\u2019 to \u2018diversity for unity\u2019?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, we shall. Because if each of us embodies the moral and spiritual qualities of our Prophet \ufdfa and his companions, we will rise\u2014not just politically, but morally and spiritually\u2014above any other group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let this be our motto:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOne for all, all for one.\u201d Each individual acting for the benefit of the group, and the group acting for the benefit of each individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Sya Allah, with this spirit, the future of Muslims from Myanmar will be brighter, more peaceful, and more prosperous.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
