It hurts not to be part of everything like before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It hurts to see that they no longer need you\u2026 at least not like before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Putting out their favorite food when they come over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Arranging their childhood photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Praying for them every night, as if that were enough to protect them from the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Because deep down, parents never stops caring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Parents only learns to do it from the shadows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From a corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From a prayer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
