We seek targeted support\u2014both military and diplomatic\u2014in exchange for access, alignment, and a long-term democratic commitment that will shift the balance of power in the Indo-Pacific.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Strategic Access to Myanmar\u2019s Maritime Corridor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offer the U.S. <strong>exclusive access to a designated island or port facility<\/strong> in Tanintharyi Region (e.g., Myeik Archipelago), near the eastern entrance of the <strong>Strait of Malacca<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purpose: intelligence sharing, surveillance, logistics support\u2014not permanent basing unless formally negotiated post-transition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
