A Letter from Myanmar Muslims and Rohingyas
To Senior General Min Aung Hlaing (Myanmar Junta), General Tun Myat Naing (AA), and Daw Aung San Suu Kyi (NUG)
(Inspired by Ananda Thuriya’s final verse before execution)

For Buddhists and Bamar to rise, to soar so high,
Must Muslims fall, Rohingyas silenced—
Enthralled, denied the sky?
So turns the wheel of nature’s path,
Or so declare the ones in wrath.
2/
In houses gilded, halls of might,
With lords around and crowns alight,
Min Aung Hlaing and Daw Suu gleam—
Yet fleeting is their royal dream.
Like bubbles breaking on the sea,
They’re mortal, too, like you and me.
3/
If mercy touched the Muslim name,
And gallows left us free from shame,
Still none can run from destined close;
Each soul returns, as wisdom knows,
Unto the One who breathes us all—
To Allah we shall rise or fall.
4/
With lifted hands, in prayer I speak,
In Samsara we may one day meet.
No vengeance do I hold or keep;
But through my faith, so true and deep,
To Allah, whom my heart upholds,
This final plea my spirit folds:
Let judgment fall where He shall weigh—
Impermanence, my only stay.

- သူတည်းတစ်ယောက် ၊ ကောင်းဖို့ရောက်မူ ၊
- သူတစ်ယောက်မှာ ၊ ပျက်လင့်ကာသာ ၊
- ဓမ္မတာတည်း ။
- ရွှေအိမ်နန်းနှင့် ၊ ကြငှန်းလည်းစံ ၊
- မတ်ပေါင်းရံလျက် ၊ ပျော်စံရိပ်ငြိမ် ၊
- စည်းစိမ်မကွာ ၊ မင်းချမ်းသာကား ၊
- သမုဒ္ဒရာ ၊ ရေမျက်နှာထက် ၊
- ခဏတက်သည် ၊ ရေပွက်ပမာ ၊
- တစ်သက်လျာတည်း ။
- ကြင်နာသနား ၊ ငါ့အားမသတ် ၊
- ယခုလွှတ်လည်း ၊ မလွတ်ကြမ္မာ ၊
- လူတကာတို့ ၊ ခန္ဓာခိုင်ကြည် ၊
- အတည်မမြဲ ၊ ဖောက်လွဲတတ်သည် ၊
- မချွတ်စသာ ၊ သတ္တဝါတည်း ။
- ရှိခိုးကော်ရော် ၊ ပူဇော်အကျွန် ၊
- ပန်ခဲ့တုံ၏ ၊ ခိုက်ကြုံဝိပါက် ၊
- သံသာစက်၌ ၊ ကြိုက်လတ်တွန်မူ ၊
- တုံ့မယူလို ၊ ကြည်ညိုစိတ်သန် ၊
- သခင်မွန်ကို ၊ ချန်ဘိစင်စစ် ၊
- အပြစ်မဲ့ရေး ၊ ခွင့်လျှင်ပေး၏ ၊
- သွေးသည်အနိစ္စာ ၊ ငါ့ခန္ဓာတည်း ။
